Adam, a co-founder of Kindred Partners, has been building exceptional senior leadership teams for cutting-edge technology companies since 1995. His focus has been CEO positions, and VP-level searches across AI/ML, SaaS & SMB, Climate, Consumer, Logistics & Supply Chain, and IoT.

Adam was born in New York City and is a graduate of the University of Maryland. Before entering executive search, Adam worked in national advertising sales for Petry, Inc. After spending 15 amazing years in Palo Alto, he recently returned to the East Coast with his wife, two kids & dog. Splitting time between our East Coast & West Coast offices, he and his wife cherish weekends traversing the country to cheer on their children’s lacrosse teams.
