Qlik prices IPO above range, raises $112M Business software company Qlik Technologies Inc. priced shares of its initial public offering at $10 each, above the expected range of $8.50 to $9.50, suggesting strong demand. Qlik, based in Radnor, Pa., raised $112 million its IPO. The company's software, which analyzes costs and organizes data, is used by a range of businesses, from small firms to public corporations. It says it has more than 14,000 customers. The company's revenue grew by one-third last year, and by nearly two-thirds in the first six months of 2010. Qlik said in an SEC filing, however, that it doesn't expect to sustain that growth rate. The shares should trade Friday on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol "QLIK."
