Rich focuses on driving CEO and VP-level searches for leading edge technology companies in Enterprise Software, Internet Services, and Mobile. Since joining Kindred Partners, Rich has helped to build the senior management teams at companies such as Aria Systems, Bella Pictures, BigFix (acquired by IBM), Buzzwire, Contactual, Facebook, Inertia Beverage Group, Intacct, LeftHand Networks (acquired by HP), Mercantila, Mig33, MuleSoft, Pivotlink, Perimeter eSecurity, Proofpoint, QlikTech (IPO 2010), RipCode (acquired by RGB Networks), ServiceSource, SkyeTek, Sonatype, SugarCRM, VirtuOz, WaveMaker Software and Zuberance. He is a graduate of Middlebury College.
