A founder of Kindred Partners, Kelly has been building the senior management teams for Internet Services, Software, and Storage companies since 1995, including CEO and VP-level searches for clients such as Allrecipes.com, BusinessWeek, Cadent, Cellfire, Dendrite, Forbes.com, Indigo Books & Music, InfoNow, iVillage, LeftHand Networks (acquired by Hewlett Packard), The McGraw-Hill Companies, Mercantila, Mformation, Myxer, Perimeter eSecurity, QlikTech (IPO 2010), RGE Monitor.com, RipCode (acquired by RGB Networks), SEPATON, ShopWell, Siri (acquired by Apple), ViVOtech, WeSeed, YouSendIt, and Zoove, among others. Prior to Kindred, she was with Ramsey Beirne Associates, where she worked with companies such as Ariba (IPO 1999), Audible (IPO 1999), and MapQuest (IPO 1999). Before Ramsey Beirne, Kelly spent several years each with Ford Motor Company’s Dealer Computer Services Division and the outplacement consulting firm Drake Beam Morin. She holds undergraduate and MBA degrees from the State University of New York centers at Binghamton and Albany.
