Gary is one of the founders of Kindred Partners, and for the last 17 years has been conducting senior level searches for leading companies in the technology industry. Gary has completed over 100 CEO searches and worked with companies such as AccountNow, ActiveGrid, AMI Semiconductor (IPO 2003), Aria Systems, BigBand (IPO 2007), Bunchball, Danger (acquired by Microsoft), eBureau, Five9, Folica, Fonality, GoodGuide, Inertia Beverage Group, Intacct, Intelleflex, iSkoot, Kosmix, MobiTV, MuleSoft, PBworks, PetFoodDirect.com, Playdom, Perimeter eSecurity, PSS Systems, Quantcast, Red Aril, RedSeal Systems, Shutterfly (IPO 2006), SideStep (acquired by Kayak), SocialVibe, SugarCRM, Syndero, TicketsNow (acquired by Ticketmaster), Topspin Media, Vocera, Xmarks and Zing (acquired by Dell). Before Kindred Partners, Gary was a Managing Director at Ramsey Beirne Associates, where he helped build the senior management teams for companies such as E*TRADE (IPO 1996), Exult (acquired by Hewitt Associates), Plumtree Software (IPO 2002), Tellium (acquired by Zhone Technologies), and others. Earlier in his career, Gary worked in the search industry for Heidrick & Struggles and Norman Broadbent. He is a graduate of Columbia University.
