Adam has been building the senior management teams for leading-edge technology companies since 1995, starting his career with Ramsey Beirne Associates. He is one of the founders of Kindred Partners. Over the years, Adam has worked on CEO and VP-level searches for Consumer Electronics, Internet Services, Software and Wireless companies including Aesthera, Aliph, Amazon.com (IPO 1997), BabyCenter, Become, Bella Pictures, Bleacher Report, Control4, Danger (acquired by Microsoft), Dapper, Endeavor, EXL Service, Eye-Fi, GalleryPlayer, Gilt Groupe, Good Technology (acquired by Motorola), GreenBorder (acquired by Google), IdenTrust, migg33, NextAction, ooma, OpenPeak, OurWeddingDay.com, RadioSpire Networks, Roost, Shutterfly (IPO 2006), SideStep (acquired by Kayak), Tello, TrustedID, Turn, VeriSign, West Marine, Yodle, Yume, and ZEO. After graduating from the University of Maryland, Adam worked in national advertising sales for Petry, Inc.
