Charlie has spent the last decade helping high-growth technology companies build world-class executive teams. His primary focus today is recruiting best-in-class CFOs and CEOs into market-leading Consumer, Internet, and Alternative Energy companies.
Since co-founding Kindred Partners in 2001, Charlie has helped to build the executive teams at Amazon.com, Ausra, Bloom Energy, CoalTek, Decru, Eye-Fi, Good Technology, Google, iFLOOR, Opsware, Panther Express, Rhythm NewMedia, Segway, SNOCAP, TheLadders, and Vibrant Media, among others. Prior to Kindred, Charlie was a Principal with Ramsey Beirne Associates, where he helped to build the executive teams for companies including 360networks, Baan, Fandango, inCode, Manugistics, Scient, Tellme, ViaFone, and Vitesse.
Charlie graduated magna cum laude from Brown University in 1995 with an ScB in Geology/Biology, where he was elected to Sigma Xi, the international honor society of science and engineering. After Brown, Charlie worked as an Environmental Analyst with Parsons & Whittemore until joining Ramsey Beirne in March 1998.
