As one of the founders of Kindred Partners, Matt leads many of Kindred's engineering, CTO, product, and marketing searches, in addition to other general management and CEO searches. Over the last several years he has helped to build the senior executive teams at portfolio companies including Adap.tv, Aliph, Ancestry.com (IPO 2009), Cognio (acquired by Cisco), Facebook, iVillage, mFormation, Medio Systems, Modelina, MontaVista Software, ooma, Opsware (acquired by HP), PeakStream (acquired by Google), Pelago, PSS Systems, Quattro Wireless (acquired by Apple), Satmetrix, ServiceSource, Sharpcast, Spot Runner, TrustedID, Visible Path (acquired by Hoovers), WFI (NASDAQ: WFII), Xobni and Zynx Health among others. Matt has been in retained executive search for over ten years, having joined Ramsey Beirne Associates in 1996. Before RBA, he spent several years in the Capital Markets group at Brown Brothers Harriman. Matt is a graduate of Dartmouth College.
