As one of the founders of Kindred Partners, Matt has helped to build the senior executive teams at portfolio companies including Adap.tv, Ancestry.com (IPO 2009), Bazaarvoice, BlackArrow, Cognio (acquired by Cisco), Electric Cloud, Facebook, Imperva (IPO 2011), Infinian, Jawbone, Lookout, MarketLive, mFormation, ooma, Opsware (acquired by HP), PeakStream (acquired by Google), Pelago (acquired by Groupon), PSS Systems (acquired by IBM), Quattro Wireless (acquired by Apple), ServiceMagic, ServiceSource (IPO 2011), Sharpcast, Visible Path (acquired by Hoovers), Whitehat, xAD, Xobni, and Zynx Health among others. Matt has been in retained executive search for over fourteen years, having joined Ramsey Beirne Associates in 1996. Before RBA, he spent several years in the Capital Markets group at Brown Brothers Harriman. Matt is a graduate of Dartmouth College.
