Chief Financial Officer

NationBuilder, software for leaders, announced Gabi Loeb Chief Financial Officer. Gabi joins from ZEFR where he led finance, accounting, and human resources, as well as facilities and sales operations. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Finance at theAudience and helped raise the company’s Series A funding. Gabi served as Vice President of Finance at News Corp Digital and Myspace, where he led a global team in all aspects of financial and strategic planning, and helped sell the company to Specific Media in 2011. Before joining MySpace, he was Vice President of Finance at Napster. Additionally, he spent two years at Gemstar-TV Guide as the Vice President of Corporate Finance and as an Acting Chief Financial Officer of TV Guide Mobile. Earlier, Gabi spent several years at Walt Disney Animation Studios in business planning and he began his career at LEK Consulting as a senior associate consultant.

Shailesh Rao


Browserstack, the cloud-based cross-browser testing tool that enables developers to test their websites across various browsers on different operating systems and mobile devices, announced Shailesh Rao President. Shailesh joins from Google where he spent the last 6 years running the Google Enterprise business. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President of Product Management at SAP and also served as Director of Product Management and Marketing at Salesforce. Additionally, Shailesh co-founded Softrock Systems and spent time at Siebel Systems where he handled product marketing and management and call center and service products. He began his career at Xerox where he had various positions within the engineering systems division. Browserstack has received funding from Accel Partners.

Henryk Ciejek

Vice President, Security

Kyruus, a leader in provider search and scheduling solutions for health systems, announced Henryk Ciejek Vice President of Security. Henryk joins from Bullhorn where he managed all corporate and platform security as Senior Director of Security & Compliance. Prior to that, he was the technical lead at Partners Healthcare and was also responsible for information security and technology and software quality engineering during earlier time spent with Bullhorn. Additionally, Henryk held various Technology and Engineering positions at ProfitLogic, Netegrity, and Radnet. He began his career as a system administrator and analyst with Lotus Development where he worked on Lotus Notes and IBM’s Network Computing initiative.

Prior to Motif, Alex spent nearly 8 years at optionsXpress running product management and web development. He began his career at Tellabs as a senior member of the technical staff.

Jay Stephenson

Vice President, Worldwide Field Operations

InfluxData, the first open source platform for managing IoT time-series data at scale, announced Jay Stephenson Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations. Jay joins InfluxData with more than 15 years of sales executive experience, and a strong background in Monitoring, DevOps, and Systems Management. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Business Development at Apcera, an early player in the container management space (which was recently acquired by Ericsson). Before Apcera, Jay served as Vice President of Sales for the Americas at VMware where focused on Cloud Automation and Management. He has also held Sales Executive positions at Hewlett Packard, and Computer Associates. Jay earned a BA degree from San Diego State University.
