Tom is a Partner and the Chief Financial Officer of Kindred Partners, and is responsible for all aspects of accounting, finance, and taxation for Kindred and its investment funds.
Before Kindred, Tom was with Wolfe Research, LLC since 2011, where he was a Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer.
Tom started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in New York City, serving investment management clients. He is a graduate of St. Joseph’s University, New York, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Tom resides in Connecticut with his wife, two boys, and a 95 lb bernedoodle who thinks he is a lap dog. When he’s not working you can find him on the golf course or the hockey rink.

Rich has been helping to build the senior management teams at venture-backed startups since he joined Kindred in 2005. His particular area of focus is leading C-level Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing searches in the following sectors; Enterprise SaaS, Big Data/Analytics, Developer Tools, and Cloud Infrastructure companies.
Rich grew up outside of Boston, and is a graduate of Middlebury College.

Julia grew up in Atlanta and is a graduate of the University of Virginia.
