Tom is a Partner and the Chief Financial Officer of Kindred Partners, and is responsible for all aspects of accounting, finance, and taxation for Kindred and its investment funds.
Before Kindred, Tom was with Wolfe Research, LLC since 2011, where he was a Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer.
Tom started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in New York City, serving investment management clients. He is a graduate of St. Joseph’s University, New York, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Tom resides in Connecticut with his wife, two boys, and a 95 lb bernedoodle who thinks he is a lap dog. When he’s not working you can find him on the golf course or the hockey rink.

Since joining Kindred Partners in 2003, Dave has focused on CXO and VP level searches for companies across the life science and health-tech continuum.
Dave’s passion is partnering with mission oriented companies driven to disrupt the status quo in healthcare, and he has helped to build teams for companies like Spark Therapeutics, Vocera, Verinata, PatientPing, Kit Check and goBalto during their early rapid growth phases and prior to their eventual exits. More recently, he’s partnered with companies like Picnic Health, CertifyOS, Florence Healthcare, Aledade, Maven and others who share the same passion to reinvent how healthcare and medicine works for patients.
A native Cincinnatian, Dave graduated from Brown University where he played Center for the Brown Bears football team. Dave lives in Connecticut with his wife, three children and the family’s beloved bernedoodle, Trixie.
