Olivia is a Partner at Kindred and co-leads the firm’s Healthcare practice, where she manages CEO, C-level and board searches for healthcare and healthtech companies. She is a deep believer in the positive impact that the right talent strategy and leadership can have on any organization.
Prior to Kindred, Olivia led talent at Alpine Investors, a people-focused private equity firm. In addition to executive hiring, she oversaw the Talent Programs including the CEO-in-Training program.
Olivia began her career at Oxeon, a retained executive search firm, where for 10 years she recruited across all functions and stages of companies, ranging from CEO and Board to Chief Medical Officer, and from de novo businesses to Fortune 500 and leading health systems.
Olivia grew up in and has recently returned to Connecticut. She enjoys exploring all things food, travel and hiking and is a certified end-of-life care doula.
Sean builds leadership teams for high-growth technology companies across AI, enterprise software, infrastructure, fintech, health tech, and consumer technology.
Before joining Kindred Partners, Sean spent more than a decade in executive search and venture capital. He began at True, where he placed C-level and VP executives and built executive teams for venture- and private equity-backed companies.
He then spent five years as a Talent Partner at Headline and Craft Ventures, where he partnered with portfolio founders to recruit executives and build the talent engine that powered companies from early growth through exit.

Dave’s passion is partnering with mission oriented companies driven to disrupt the status quo in healthcare, and he has helped to build teams for companies like Spark Therapeutics, Vocera, Verinata, PatientPing, Kit Check and goBalto during their early rapid growth phases and prior to their eventual exits. More recently, he’s partnered with companies like Picnic Health, CertifyOS, Florence Healthcare, Aledade, Maven and others who share the same passion to reinvent how healthcare and medicine works for patients.
A native Cincinnatian, Dave graduated from Brown University where he played Center for the Brown Bears football team. Dave lives in Connecticut with his wife, three children and the family’s beloved bernedoodle, Trixie.

Prior to Kindred, Matt was a Partner at Ramsey Beirne Associates, the firm which led and defined the specialized practice of executive recruiting for emerging technology companies. Before executive search, Matt spent several years in the Institutional Equity group at Brown Brothers Harriman.
A graduate of Dartmouth College, Matt lives with his wife and family in CT. He’s also a semi-retired and oft-injured hockey player.
