Since joining Kindred Partners in 2003, Dave has focused on CXO and VP level searches for companies across the life science and health-tech continuum.
Dave’s passion is partnering with mission oriented companies driven to disrupt the status quo in healthcare, and he has helped to build teams for companies like Spark Therapeutics, Vocera, Verinata, PatientPing, Kit Check and goBalto during their early rapid growth phases and prior to their eventual exits. More recently, he’s partnered with companies like Picnic Health, CertifyOS, Florence Healthcare, Aledade, Maven and others who share the same passion to reinvent how healthcare and medicine works for patients.
A native Cincinnatian, Dave graduated from Brown University where he played Center for the Brown Bears football team. Dave lives in Connecticut with his wife, three children and the family’s beloved bernedoodle, Trixie.

As one of the founders of Kindred Partners, Matt has been helping high-growth technology companies build world-class executive teams for over 20 years. Today, Matt spends his time helping to manage operations for Kindred and supporting our incredible team.
Prior to Kindred, Matt was a Partner at Ramsey Beirne Associates, the firm which led and defined the specialized practice of executive recruiting for emerging technology companies. Before executive search, Matt spent several years in the Institutional Equity group at Brown Brothers Harriman.
A graduate of Dartmouth College, Matt lives with his wife and family in CT. He’s also a semi-retired and oft-injured hockey player.

After spending 15 amazing years in Palo Alto, he recently returned to the East Coast with his wife, two kids & dog. Splitting time between our East Coast & West Coast offices, he and his wife cherish weekends traversing the country to cheer on their children’s lacrosse teams.
