Courtney joined Kindred in 2025 after nearly a decade building and scaling teams across the startup ecosystem, with a focus primarily on B2B SaaS companies in the security space. Her experience includes leadership roles at Cisco Meraki, ObserveIT (acquired by Proofpoint), and Drata.

With a strong operational lens, Courtney brings a deep understanding of what makes executive hires successful, and she partners closely with companies of all stages as part of Kindred’s Enterprise team.

Originally from Syracuse, she has lived and worked in Boston, San Francisco, and New York City, and now resides in the NYC Metro area with her family. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, spending time at the beach, and exploring New England.
