Sean specializes in building finance leadership teams for high-growth technology companies, partnering with founders, CEOs, and investors on CFO, VP / Head of Finance, and other critical finance executive hires.

Sean joined Kindred Partners as Managing Director to help expand the firm’s Finance and G&A Practice. Previously, he spent more than eight years as Partner at True supporting and advising venture-backed and growth-stage companies across software, AI, infrastructure, and broader technology markets including consumer and the emerging / frontier technology sectors.

Sean earned his B.A. in International Finance and studied internationally at the University of Córdoba in Spain, and Beijing University in China. He lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his family.
