Ben joined Kindred in 2021 and works with early-stage venture-backed startups to build their leadership teams across enterprise SaaS, consumer, and marketplace businesses. He focuses on VP and C-level searches across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product.

Prior to Kindred, Ben was a recruiter at Korn Ferry working on their Consumer Professional Search team for North America.

Ben grew up in Atlanta, where he resides today. He attended the University of Georgia, and spent his college career on staff with the football program, working in personnel and recruiting.
