Jonathan joins Replit from Coinbase, where he served as Vice President of Business Operations & Strategy, leading central operations, analytics, and program management. He previously spent more than a decade at Meta in senior product strategy and monetization research leadership roles. Jonathan began his career in technical and research positions at Stanford and UC Berkeley, and later held consulting roles at Bain & Company before joining Meta.
Kari O'Rourke
Brightline Health, a leading provider of virtual behavioral health care for children, teens, and families, has appointed Kari O’Rourke as Chief Executive Officer. Kari joins Brightline from Imagine Pediatrics, where she served as President, and previously held Chief Operating Officer roles at Cortica and Landmark Health. Kari began her career as a nurse practitioner, giving her a deep, first-hand understanding of the challenges faced by patients, families, and front-line care providers in today’s healthcare system.

Before TinyFish, Nair was the CEO of ThoughtSpot for six years, where he helped grow the company to a $4+B valuation, hundreds of million in revenue, and over 1000 employees. Previously, Sudheesh was the President of Nutanix, where he helped grow the company from $0 to over $1 billion in revenue and over $9 billion in market capitalization.

Patrick joins CrewAI from Redpanda Data, where he served as VP Global Sales, leading all sales, sales engineering, ADR, and partnerships teams. Prior to Redpanda, he held senior sales leadership roles at Cockroach Labs, Mesosphere, and Thomson Reuters, among others.
Ryan Flynn
Level AI, an AI-native platform transforming customer experience through real-time agent coaching and quality assurance, is pleased to welcome Ryan Flynn as Vice President of Customer Delivery. Ryan brings deep expertise in enterprise customer success and implementation, with prior leadership roles at Iterable, Zoll, and Schneider Electric, among others. At Level AI, he will oversee post-sale delivery and customer outcomes as the company scales its operations across fast-growing enterprise accounts.
Kirk Czonstka

Kirk joins from Calibrate where he was Vice President of Strategic Relationships. Prior to that, he spent nearly 15 years with Mercer. During his time there, he was the product team lead for the private health care exchange, led U.S. carrier relations, and served as the business leader for Pacific Northwest office.
