After the US Naval Academy and a 6 year career in the Navy, Ashley received her MBA from Harvard Business School and then began her private-sector career at McKinsey.

Martin Kang

Martin has a long history of building world-class financial products for consumers and enterprises, most recently as Senior Engineering Manager at Betterment, where he spent 9 years building and scaling technology operations, products and teams. Prior to Betterment, Martin was a technologist at Goldman Sachs and Citibank after graduating from MIT.
