Jim Schattin
Squint, the leading Manufacturing Intelligence platform that helps the world’s most advanced companies lower downtime and improve quality at scale, has appointed Jim Schattin as Head of Customer Success. Jim most recently served as Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Placer.ai, following his tenure as Chief Customer Officer at Algolia. Prior to that, he spent more than a decade at Alteryx, ultimately as Executive Vice President of Customer Success after earlier leading sales engineering, solutions engineering, and training functions.
Dimeil Ushana
Frontera Health, which is reimagining how children with autism and other behavioral health needs get the care they deserve, has appointed Dimeil Ushana as Chief Commercial Officer. Dimeil brings extensive experience building and scaling go-to-market teams for healthcare and technology companies, having most recently served as Vice President of Portfolio Growth at Redesign Health. Earlier in his career, Dimeil held senior commercial and partnership leadership roles at PatientPop, Headspace, and also co-founded Revive, a workplace experience company acquired by Garden Streets.
Manoj Sharma
BetterUp, the human transformation platform that helps people and organizations thrive, has appointed Manoj Sharma as Senior Vice President of Platform Engineering & Product. Manoj most recently served as Director of Product Management for Machine Learning, Systems, and Cloud AI at Google, where he built and scaled Google Cloud VMware Engine, one of the fastest-growing enterprise products in Google Cloud’s infrastructure portfolio. Prior to Google, he was a founding executive and Vice President of Product Management at CloudSimple, which was acquired by Google. Manoj held senior product and general management roles at Cisco and VMware earlier in his career.
Ajith Dhati
Materialize, the live data layer for agents and apps, has appointed Ajith Dhati as Vice President of Customer Success. Ajith most recently served as Global Head of Professional Services at Vercel, where he built the professional services organization from the ground up. Prior to Vercel, he spent four years at Amazon Web Services as a Senior Engagement Leader supporting large-scale cloud transformation, data, and machine learning initiatives. Earlier in his career, Ajith spent more than 15 years at Capgemini.
Bo Harris
Garner Health, a technology-driven health benefits platform transforming how employers help employees find and afford high-quality care, has appointed Bo Harris as Vice President of Strategic Accounts. Bo most recently served as Senior Director of Account Management at Spring Health, where he built out the Company’s account management function. Prior to Spring Health, he held senior partner, customer success, and operations leadership roles at Sword Health, Artemis Health, and Instructure, following earlier business operations and analytics roles at Domo.
Amanda Ivanovics
Neurotrack, the digital cognitive health platform transforming early detection and intervention for Alzheimer’s and dementia, is pleased to announce the appointment of Amanda Ivanovics as Chief Growth Officer. Amanda most recently served as Senior Vice President of Sales & Growth for Milliman MedInsight. Before that, Amanda was the Vice President of Growth at Iodine Software and also held numerous leadership roles at The Advisory Board Company.
